It is published in Brazilian Portuguese, with Brazil-specific payment methods and pricing in reais.

99Freelas states a commission of up to 20%, and its own pages describe that commission as added on top of the freelancer’s offer and paid by the hiring client. That is a structurally different model from platforms that deduct commission from the freelancer’s earnings.
