Three ways to earn on Zinn Hub

A job board gives you one route to income: apply, wait, and hope the right employer sees your profile. Zinn Hub gives you three, and you can run all three from one free account.

ZinnsFixed-price listings

A service with a set price, packages and delivery time. Buyers pay at checkout, so it sells while you sleep. Short jobs go up as Micro Zinns at $5, $10, $15 or $20.

ProjectsBid for custom work

Buyers post a brief and you reply. Proposals are free to send — no bidding credits to buy. Browse open briefs on Projects.

Freelancer profileInbound hires

A public profile in the freelancer directory, under the skills you choose, so buyers can contact you with no listing or bid in between.

Applying for work one route — apply, wait, repeat
On Zinn Hub listings, project bids and an inbound profile

One route in becomes three.

A listing that sells while you sleep, a free proposal to any open brief, and a public profile buyers can hire you from directly. Lean on whichever is working this month, instead of depending on one employer for all of it.

What Filipino Zinners tell us they want next

The recurring asks from people who already have virtual assistant or admin work and want something alongside it.

Income that is wider than one client

A long-term employer is a good thing right up until it ends. Listings, proposals and a profile give you three doors instead of one.

Getting paid without chasing

Connect your own Stripe or PayPal and buyers pay you directly at checkout. Zinners on platform-protected payments are paid from the payout queue once the order completes.

A portfolio, not a résumé

A priced Zinn with packages, examples and a delivery time sells harder than any profile summary, and it does it while you sleep.

Small paid tests, not long interviews

A $5 Micro Zinn lets a nervous buyer try you for the price of a coffee. It is the fastest route to a first review.

Buyers who read another language

Available in 45 languages and messaged in 57, so a buyer working in Spanish or Japanese can still find and brief you.

Keeping the relationship

Once a buyer has hired you they can return to your profile and order again — no new job post, no new interview.

How OnlineJobs.ph describes its own model

OnlineJobs.ph is a jobs board and worker-profile database, monetised by employer subscriptions. Employers search Filipino profiles, post jobs, contact workers and then hire and pay them directly. Its own step-by-step page puts it plainly: “We’re not an agency. We don’t pick the people for you. You hire direct. No middleman. No fees. No salary markups.” Its pricing page repeats it: “Hire direct. No salary markups or ongoing fees.”

That means the money side sits entirely with the employer. Its published plans are a free tier that can browse résumés, post a job and view applications but cannot contact, interview or hire; PRO at $69 a month or $299 a year; and Premium at $99 a month or $349 a year. There is no commission on your wages, and payment is not routed through the platform — its EasyPay option runs through Payoneer, so any percentage you see there is Payoneer’s processing fee rather than an OnlineJobs.ph charge.

That shape suits ongoing employment: one employer, a monthly wage, a long relationship. A marketplace is a different shape — you publish a priced service and any buyer can order it without hiring you as staff, without an interview and without a subscription of their own. Neither model is better in the abstract. They pay you in different ways, which is exactly why running both is common.

Work out what the ladder means for you

Put in your average order value and monthly volume, and it shows what you keep as your lifetime sales move through the published tiers.

Xizmatlaringizni ko‘chirish

You are not migrating a job. You are turning what you already do for one employer into something several buyers can order.

  1. Bepul Zinner hisobini yarating

Sign up at registration. No subscription and no card. The free Zinner plan can list, bid and be hired from day one.

  2. Paste a listing into Import My Services

Open Import My Services, paste a listing or a whole profile, and it rebuilds it as a ready-to-review Zinn. Ten imports are free and images are included.

  3. Work through the three wizards

Store Setup, Payment Setup and Zinn Creation. Payment Setup is where you connect your own Stripe or PayPal so buyers can pay you at checkout.

  4. Switch on the other two channels

Publish your freelancer profile so buyers can find you directly, then start answering briefs on Projects. Proposals cost nothing to send.

What the import tool actually does. Import My Services is free and self-serve — there is no queue and no one to wait for. In its own words it is “Import From Anywhere”: wherever you sell, you copy the listing or profile and paste it in. It has named shortcuts for seven platforms plus an Other Platforms option, which is the one to use for OnlineJobs.ph. Roughly two minutes per Zinn, and you preview and confirm before anything is submitted.

Your reviews and your reputation. The tool can bring across up to ten of your reviews, word for word. What no tool can move is standing: reviews on Zinn Hub require a confirmed purchase, so the record you build here comes from orders placed here. Expect that to be the slow part, and price for it — a couple of $5 Micro Zinns is a cheap way to get real orders and real reviews on the board while the bigger listings find their feet.

What to bring, and what to rewrite. Packages, scope and FAQs usually port straight across. Two things are worth rewriting rather than pasting: anything that refers to OnlineJobs.ph’s own mechanics, and anything priced in another currency — all Zinn Hub prices are in USD. A job-board profile is written to be hired; a Zinn is written to be bought. Lead with the deliverable and the turnaround, not the hours.

Switching from OnlineJobs.ph — your questions answered

No. Nothing on Zinn Hub is exclusive. Keep your OnlineJobs.ph profile and any employer you work for, and build your Zinn Hub listings alongside. Most people who move do it gradually and keep both running for months.
Zinn Hub takes commission on sales made on Zinn Hub, and nothing else. Work you do for an employer you found elsewhere is nothing to do with us. On Zinn Hub sales, it is 0% commission on your first $500, then tiered rates that fall as you sell — as low as 7% on Agency Zinner. The full ladder is on our pricing page.
Connect your own Stripe or PayPal in the Payment Setup Wizard and buyers pay you directly at checkout. Zinners on platform-protected payments are paid from the payout queue once the order completes. All amounts are in USD.
No. Buyers pay no platform fee at all — the price they see is the price they pay — and there is no subscription for a buyer to browse, message or order. Posting a project is free for them too.
The pieces of your day that sell on their own: inbox triage, calendar management, CRM tidying, lead lists, data entry. See Virtual Assistant Micro Zinns and Executive & Admin VA projects.
The free Import My Services tool can bring across up to ten of your reviews, word for word, along with the listing itself. Your Zinn Hub review record still builds from Zinn Hub orders, because reviews here require a confirmed purchase.
Zinners are verified with government-issued photo ID and evidence of their skills and past work. It is an identity and skills check — there is no country, residency or background check, and buyers cannot filter the marketplace by location.
Nothing. The free Zinner plan can publish listings, send proposals and appear in the freelancer directory. Paid Zinner memberships exist and change your commission rate rather than unlocking features — see the pricing page.
About half an hour for the account and the three wizards, then a couple of minutes per listing through Import My Services. First orders and reviews are the slow part.
