Zinn Hub offers two payment modes that protect you as a buyer in different ways. Whether you pay through Zinn Hub's platform accounts or directly to the seller's own Stripe or PayPal, your payment is always secure.

Two Payment Modes — Both Secure
When you purchase a Zinn on Zinn Hub, your payment is processed through one of two modes depending on how the Zinner (seller) has set up their account. Both are secure, but they work differently and offer different types of buyer protection.
Platform Payments — Zinn Hub Holds Your Money

Direct Payments — Instant to the Seller
When a Zinner has connected their own Stripe or PayPal account, your payment goes directly to them at the point of sale. This means the Zinner receives the payment instantly when you complete checkout.

Platform payments give youthe comfort of knowing your money is held by Zinn Hub until the order is complete. The seller cannot access it until you accept delivery. This can feel safer for large or complex orders with sellers you have not worked with before.

For complex or high-value orders where you want maximum peace of mind, platform payment Zinns keep your money held until you are happy. For everyday purchases, direct payment Zinns are equally safe thanks to the verified seller identity and payment processor protections available to you.

On Individual Zinn Listings— Every Zinn listing clearly indicates which payment mode applies so you know exactly how your payment will be handled before you add it to your cart.
结账时可用的付款方式

- 信用卡和借记卡— Visa、Mastercard、Amex

- Apple Pay and Google Pay— Where enabled by the seller
- Cryptocurrency— USDT and USDC via NOWPayments, available on every listing by default
The payment options look the same to you at checkout. The difference is only in whether your payment goes directly to the seller's account or is held by Zinn Hub until the order completes.
加密货币支付 — 重要
Cryptocurrency payments (USDT and USDC) are always processed as platform payments regardless of the seller's account setup. This means Zinn Hub holds the payment and the seller does not receive it until you accept delivery.

For complex or high-value orders, we recommend using card or PayPal for the strongest buyer protection. If you prefer to pay with crypto, thoroughly check the seller's reviews, ratings, and experience first, and send a pre-sales message to discuss your project before ordering.
What Happens If Something Goes Wrong
无论适用哪种付款方式，如果出现问题，请执行以下操作：

Step 2: Contact Zinn Hub Support— If you cannot resolve it with the seller, click Report Issue on the order page. Our support team will review the order, requirements, delivery, and communication and propose a fair resolution — which may include revisions, a partial refund, or a full refund.
Step 3: Use Payment Processor Protection (Direct Payments)— For direct payment orders, you can also independently raise a dispute or chargeback through your card issuer, PayPal, or your bank. This is available to you on top of Zinn Hub's own support process.
For platform payment orders, your money is still held by Zinn Hub while the dispute is being resolved so you have full protection throughout the process.
