Requesting Cancellation (Buyers)

  • First, communicate with your Zinner
  • Explain why you want to cancel
  • Try to reach mutual agreement
  • If unable to resolve, contact support

Valid reasons for cancellation:

  • Order not delivered by deadline (with no communication)
  • Zinner unresponsive
  • Service clearly not as described
  • Mutual agreement to cancel

Generally not valid:

  • Changed your mind
  • Found cheaper alternative
  • Project no longer needed (after work done)
