Is this just the website translated, like other sites?
No — and that's the whole point. Most sites translate only their interface (menus and buttons). Zinn Hub translates the work itself: the messages between users, the listings, the project briefs, the reviews, the text inside images, and even live calls. You genuinely operate in your own language while the other person operates in theirs.

Can I message someone who doesn't speak my language?
Yes. Messages are translated the moment they're sent, so a buyer and a seller who share no common language can hold a full conversation, each reading and writing in their own. It works in group chats too. Every translated message includes a “Show original” toggle and an honest note that machine translation is high quality but not always perfect — so you can double-check anything critical like a deadline, spec or price.
Can I really deliver a live consultation or coaching call across languages?
Yes. Services that happen live — consultations, coaching, screen-shares, one-to-one calls and group sessions — can be translated in real time. You choose how: live captions (each speaker transcribed and subtitled in the listener's language) or spoken voice (a translated audio track played to the listener, with the original speaker gently quietened underneath).

Does a translated call cost extra?
The call itself is always free — video, audio, screen-share, scheduling, reminders and calendar sync are included with every account. The only paid part is live translation, and only when you and the other person have no language in common. If you share a language, the whole call costs nothing.
Translation is paid for in Call Credits: captions cost less per minute than spoken voice, and both rates are shown before anything is confirmed. Whoever is covering the credits also chooses the mode — so if your host covers it, you simply see a note saying it's free for you, with no picker and no cost. Can I create my services and profile in my own language?
Absolutely. You can write your Zinns, Micro Zinns, project proposals and your freelancer profile in your native language. Buyers browsing in other languages still find and understand your work, because it's presented to them in theirs. You're no longer shut out of selling because your English isn't perfect.
What about the text inside my listing images?
Zinn Hub's Translate Images tool creates a version of your listing image with the visible text translated for each language, while keeping your layout, colours, fonts and graphics exactly as you designed them. When a buyer views a non-English version of the site, your approved translated image is swapped in automatically. You review and approve every version first. It's available to verified Zinners.

Does my language or currency change what I earn or pay?
No. Your language and currency settings only change what you read and see. All money — the prices you're charged, your earnings, payouts, receipts and refunds — stays in US dollars regardless of your settings.
