When you purchase a Zinn on Zinn Hub, your payment is processed through one of two modes depending on how the Zinner (seller) has set up their account. Both are secure, but they work differently and offer different types of buyer protection.
Platform Payments — Zinn Hub Holds Your Money

When a Zinner has connected their own Stripe or PayPal account, your payment goes directly to them at the point of sale. This means the Zinner receives the payment instantly when you complete checkout.

Dostupni načini plaćanja pri naplati

The payment options look the same to you at checkout. The difference is only in whether your payment goes directly to the seller's account or is held by Zinn Hub until the order completes.

Cryptocurrency payments (USDT and USDC) are always processed as platform payments regardless of the seller's account setup. This means Zinn Hub holds the payment and the seller does not receive it until you accept delivery.

What Happens If Something Goes Wrong
No matter which payment mode applies, here is what to do if there is a problem:

Step 3: Use Payment Processor Protection (Direct Payments)— For direct payment orders, you can also independently raise a dispute or chargeback through your card issuer, PayPal, or your bank. This is available to you on top of Zinn Hub's own support process.
For platform payment orders, your money is still held by Zinn Hub while the dispute is being resolved so you have full protection throughout the process.
