Adding Support Agents to Your Zinns

Support agents are other registered Zinners you can assign to your service listings. When assigned, they get access to orders for that Zinn and can help you manage and deliver the work. This is useful if you work with a team, need specialist assistance on certain orders, want to bring in collaborators for larger projects, or want to partner with other Zinners to offer combined services you can both contribute to.

What Can a Support Agent Do?

When you assign another Zinner as a support agent to your Zinn, they have full access to orders for that service. This includes the ability to send messages to customers, view order notifications and requirements, access the service status widget, and send the final delivery.

How to Add a Support Agent

Support agents are added in Step 10 (Final Touches) of the

Zinn Creation Wizard. This is the final step before publishing where you review your Zinn, add your purchase note, and configure additional settings including support

agents.

Toadd a support agent to an existing Zinn, go to your

Komu

Zinner Dashboard, find the Zinn you want to edit, and open it in the wizard. Navigate to Step 10 to find the Additional Support Agent field.

From there, select the Zinner you want to add from the dropdown. You can add multiple support agents if needed. The Zinner you add must already be a registered Zinner on Zinn Hub. Only add people you trust — they will have the same level of access to orders as you do.

Collaborating With Other Zinners

One of the most powerful uses of support agents is partnering with other Zinners to put together combined service packages. For example, if you offer SEO services and another Zinner offers web development, you could create a Zinn that covers both, assign the developer as a support agent, and you each handle your part of the order. The support agent sees the customer's requirements, receives order notifications, and can deliver their portion of the work — all within the same order.

This is a great way to Zinnect with other sellers on the platform, offer full-stack services you could not deliver alone, and build ongoing working relationships with other Zinners. Packages like this can be more attractive to buyers who want a single point of purchase rather than hiring multiple freelancers separately.

Important Things to Know

Support agents can communicate directly with the Zinnector, view all order details and requirements, update the order status, and submit the final delivery on your behalf. Because of this level of access, only add Zinners you have an established working relationship with and have agreed terms with in advance.
