Switch from Zhubajie to Zinn Hub

Zhubajie (zbj.com) is a Chinese enterprise-services marketplace: alongside design, development and marketing it sells company registration, bookkeeping and tax agency, and trademark and patent filing, in Simplified Chinese and in RMB. Zinn Hub sells services worldwide, in 45 languages, priced in USD.

What Zhubajie publishes about itself

Taken from Zhubajie’s own About page and its own published transaction rules, because the English-language summaries of this platform are frequently a long way out.

Much broader than a freelance marketplace

Zhubajie describes itself as China’s main customised enterprise-services e-commerce platform. Alongside design, development and marketing it sells company registration, bookkeeping and tax agency, and trademark, patent and copyright filing.

Five transaction modes

Hire, buy-a-service, tender, contest and piecework each work differently and each has its own published fee treatment. A rate quoted without naming the mode does not mean much.

The seller fee is a range, not a flat rate

Zhubajie’s published transaction rules set 0.6% to 20% of order value against the service provider on the hire, buy-a-service and tender modes, with the exact rate fixed per category in a separate schedule. Contest and piecework are 20%. The fee comes out of the provider’s order proceeds.

A separate 0.6% software service fee

The same rules add a 0.6% basic software service fee on certain categories, on top of the transaction rate.

An integrity deposit is structural

Providers must hold a sufficient integrity deposit to withdraw their money directly. Those without one have order funds held for 90 days under the platform’s transaction-protection arrangement.

Simplified Chinese, RMB, mainland-focused

The company is headquartered in Chongqing and the operating platform is Simplified Chinese only, priced in RMB. The help centre is written for employers, and the supplier side skews towards registered agencies and shops rather than individuals.

Source: Zhubajie’s own platform transaction rules (document reference ZBJ-GZ-20250102, chapter 4) published at rule.zbj.com, and its own About page. This page quotes no user, revenue, ownership or listing-status figure for Zhubajie, and a flat “20%” is not an accurate description of the hire, buy-a-service or tender modes.

Three ways to earn on Zinn Hub

One account, three routes to a sale. Use one of them, or all three — there is no extra charge for any of them.

Zinns Fixed price

Publish a service at a price you set. Buyers pay at checkout, exactly like buying a product. You can also list Micro Zinns — small fixed-price tasks at $5, $10, $15 or $20 — as a low-friction way for a new buyer to try you.

Projects Free proposals

Buyers post a brief and you send a proposal. Posting a project is free for the buyer, and proposals are free to send — there are no bidding credits to buy. Browse the open briefs in Projects.

Freelancer profile Inbound

A public profile in the freelancer directory with your skills, rates and portfolio. Buyers browse it by category and by skill and hire you directly, without you listing anything at all.

Why Chinese sellers add an international channel

A strong domestic platform and an international one are not the same job. These are the things the second channel is for.

Demand that never searches in Chinese

Your listings on Zinn Hub are published across 45 site languages, so the same design or development work is discoverable by a buyer searching in German, Indonesian, Turkish or Arabic-script languages you do not speak.

Getting paid in USD

Every Zinn Hub order is priced and settled in USD. Buyers see an approximate equivalent in their own currency, but the amount you are owed is a dollar figure that does not move.

Your own storefront, not a shop slot

The Store Setup Wizard builds a branded storefront with your logo, banner, bio and portfolio, and it is yours from day one rather than something you buy into.

Selling without bidding for it

Publish a fixed-price Zinn and a buyer just buys it. Send free proposals in Projects when you want the bigger custom work — there are no bidding credits to buy.

Reviews that travel with you

Up to 10 of your existing reviews come across per Zinn, word for word, through the free Import My Services tool, checked against your original page before they go live.

A small first order to break the ice

A new international buyer will often start with a Micro Zinn at $5 to $20 rather than a full commission. That is a feature, not a compromise.

How to move your listings across

Nothing has to be switched off. Build the international channel next to the domestic one and let the numbers decide how much weight it gets.

  1. Ücretsiz Zinner hesabı oluşturun

Registration is free and there is no subscription to start. Sign up at Become a Zinner.

  2. Run the two setup wizards

The Store Setup Wizard builds your storefront — logo, banner, bio and portfolio. The Payment Setup Wizard is where you connect your own Stripe or PayPal, or choose platform-protected payments.

  3. Import your listings

Open Import My Services in your dashboard, paste a listing — or your whole public profile — and the tool rebuilds it as ready-to-review Zinns. It is free, with 10 free imports and images included.

  4. Preview, confirm, publish

Nothing is submitted until you preview and confirm it. Then use the Zinn Creation Wizard for anything you would rather write from scratch, and start sending free proposals in Projects.

Bringing your listings and your reviews across

Import My Services is a free, self-serve tool in your Zinner dashboard. Paste one listing and it rebuilds the title, description, packages and FAQs as a single Zinn; paste your whole public profile and it proposes up to three Zinns and you tick the ones you want. Up to 10 of your reviews come across per Zinn, word for word — reviewer name, star rating, review text and date. You also paste the address of the page you copied from, because our team checks every import, and especially the reviews, against your original page before the Zinn goes live.

What to expect in your first month

Here is what carries over from another marketplace, what you build from scratch, and what is genuinely different about selling here.

Your listings, in 45 languages

Zinn Hub is available in 45 site languages, and your Zinns, profile and project proposals are published across all of them. You can be messaged in 57 languages in total — the 45 site languages plus 12 more for messages, notifications and emails.

Paid into your own account

Connect your own Stripe or PayPal in the Payment Setup Wizard and buyers pay you directly at checkout — there is no payout queue to wait for. Zinners on platform-protected payments are paid from the Friday payout run once the order completes.

Payment protection, when the buyer wants it

A buyer who chooses a Platform Protected Zinner has their payment held by Zinn Hub for the whole order until it completes. Refunds are credited to the buyer’s Zinn Wallet in full, in USD.

Reviews you can point at

A review on Zinn Hub requires a confirmed purchase. Across the marketplace that is a 4.9 average from 39,000+ verified-purchase reviews, and up to 10 of your existing reviews can be imported per Zinn, word for word.

Micro Zinns as a way in

Fixed-price tasks at $5, $10, $15 or $20 give a cautious new buyer a cheap first order with you. Browse them by category or by price: $5, $10, $15 and $20.

Where design and dev work lives here

List under logo design, graphic design, branding or mobile app development, or take briefs in Graphic Design and Packaging & Label Design.

Switching from Zhubajie — your questions answered

No. Zinn Hub asks for no exclusivity of any kind. Keep selling wherever you already sell, publish a few Zinns here, and add more only if the international orders justify it.
Zhubajie’s own transaction rules set 0.6% to 20% of order value against the service provider on the hire, buy-a-service and tender modes, with the rate fixed per category, and 20% on the contest and piecework modes, plus a 0.6% basic software service fee on certain categories. Zinn Hub charges Zinners 0% commission on their first $500, then tiered rates that fall as you sell — as low as 7% on Agency Zinner, with the whole ladder published on the pricing page. Buyers pay no platform fee on Zinn Hub.
No. Zinn Hub has no seller deposit and no bond. Registration is free, publishing a Zinn is free, sending a proposal in Projects is free, and the only paid options are the two optional flat-rate memberships on the pricing page.
Whatever you are comfortable writing in. Paste your existing listing into Import My Services and non-English catalogue content is normalised into English, which is then published across all 45 site languages. You can be messaged in 57 languages in total — the 45 site languages plus 12 more used for messages, notifications and emails.
Connect your own Stripe or PayPal in the Payment Setup Wizard and the buyer pays your own account directly at checkout. If you would rather the platform handled it, choose platform-protected payments: Zinn Hub holds the payment for the whole order until it completes and pays you from the Friday payout run.
Yes. Buyers can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer or with 200+ cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT. Whatever they pay with, the order is priced and settled in USD.
A refund is credited to the buyer’s Zinn Wallet in full, in USD. There is no refund-to-card flow on Zinn Hub, and a buyer who chooses a Platform Protected Zinner has their payment held by Zinn Hub for the whole order until it completes.
Yes — Micro Zinns. They are fixed-price tasks at $5, $10, $15 or $20, browsable by category and by price. They cost you nothing to list and give a first-time buyer a small, low-risk order.
