I'm a bookkeeper who enjoys keeping things organized and making sure the numbers are accurate. I have experience working with QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Excel, helping small businesses keep their books clean and up to date. Most of my work includes categorizing transactions, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, cleaning up bookkeeping records, reviewing financial data, and preparing reports. I like catching small issues before they turn into bigger ones, and I always try to leave the books in better shape than I found them.

One thing I really enjoy is finding better ways to get work done. I use AI along with , n8n, and Zapier to automate repetitive tasks whenever it makes sense. I like building simple workflows that save time and reduce manual work. I think automation is a big part of bookkeeping now, and I'm always looking for new ways to improve the process without making it more complicated.

I'm pretty easy to work with and I don't need someone checking on me all the time. Once I understand how a client wants things done, I can usually take it from there. If I come across something I haven't done before, I don't get stuck. I'll research it, test it, ask questions if needed, and figure it out. I actually enjoy learning new software and improving the way I work.

I've worked with different types of businesses, so I'm used to adjusting to different workflows and preferences. Every client has their own way of doing things, and I'm happy to adapt as long as everything stays organized and accurate. I know bookkeeping isn't just about entering transactions. It's about giving business owners numbers they can trust and helping them stay on top of their finances.

I like keeping communication simple and straightforward. I believe being reliable, meeting deadlines, and paying attention to details are just as important as knowing the software. My goal is to make bookkeeping one less thing my clients have to worry about. If I can keep the books organized, save time with automation, and make someone's day a little easier, then I know I'm doing my job well.
