Who can leave a testimonial?
Anyone with an active Zinn Hub account in one of these roles can leave a testimonial:
Zinners (freelancers) who sell services on the platform, buyers who have purchased services, and ambassadors who are part of our referral programme. You can leave one testimonial per role — so if you're both a Zinner and a buyer, you're welcome to submit one for each.
How to submit your testimonial
Head to our Leave a Testimonial page at
https://zinnhub.com/leave-testimonial/and log in to your account. If you don't have an account yet, you can register at
https://zinnhub.com/registration/.
Once logged in, the form will automatically detect your eligible roles. Select which role you're submitting as, rate your experience from 1 to 5 stars, write your testimonial (up to 100 words), and upload a photo of yourself or your business logo (JPG, PNG or WebP, max 2MB). Then hit Submit Testimonial.
What happens next?
You'll receive a confirmation email straight away. Our team reviews every testimonial before it goes live to keep the page genuine and helpful. Once approved, you'll receive another email letting you know your testimonial is live, and it'll appear on our testimonials page at
https://zinnhub.com/testimonials/.
Can I edit my testimonial after submitting?
