• the lyrics appear synchronized with the song timeline, and
• the visual scenes match the theme or meaning of the song.
These are usually called AI lyric video generators or music-to-video generators.

I have tried them online, but the tools need too many computer resources, therefore I have to run them locally in my computer. They need a harddisk as large as 1 TB and very large CPU and Memory as well; They work well.

On the other hand, I also would like to provide consultancy as to how to choose the best tools others have developed for the same purpose but with the capacity my tools are missing. As I know much about the current status quo of AI video production business, my expertise might prove to be very useful to those who are not very well informed of the state-of-the-art of the technology.

In addition to the above, let me also advise you on:
• Hardware Optimization: GPU/RAM requirements needed if you want to run moviepy or diffusers locally.
• Cost-Benefit Analysis: calculate exactly when it becomes cheaper to build a local server versus paying for expensive SaaS API credits.
