I'm CY, an automation specialist based in the Philippines. Before this, I spent 7+ years in administrative and HR operations for a government education office, so I didn't come into automation from a "tech" background. I came into it from watching how much time gets lost to manual follow-ups, missed messages, and processes that live in someone's head instead of a system.
That background shaped how I build. In a government office, work has to be documented, repeatable, and easy to hand over. I bring the same discipline to every single automation: clear steps, reliable testing, and a handover you can actually understand.
