# write your resume so recruiters actually read it

Most CVs do not fail because the candidate lacks experience.

They fail because decision makers cannot tell, quickly, why that person fits.

When positioning is unclear, recruiters move on.
When bullets sound generic, stronger candidates get shortlisted.
When value is not obvious in seconds, opportunities quietly expire.

ATS matters. But human judgement is the real gatekeeper.
I fix this by applying recruiter-level decision to their CV. That means deciding what stays, what goes, and what actually matters for the roles you are targeting. No templates. No keyword stuffing. No fluff designed to look good but say nothing.

Depending on the package, this includes either a focused ATS CV review with written feedback or a full CV rewrite tailored to a specific role or role family. You receive an editable Word file and a polished PDF, with revisions included on rewrite packages whilst the order is active.

If your CV feels off but you cannot explain why, this is for you. Hiring outcomes depend on the market and interviews and are outside scope. What I provide is clarity and professional judgement so your CV stops working against you.
