# proofread and edit your writing

I’ll provide a professional proofreading and editing service. My background is in creative writing but I also work in nonfiction, training manuals, web content, and more.

**\*\*Please no AI rewriting to avoid AI detection. This is time-consuming work that attracts a much higher rate\*\***

I take custom orders, so if you’re uncertain about my rates, please send me a message.

**I will proofread and edit your work for:**

- Grammar
- Spelling
- Punctuation
- Sentence structure
- Readability
- Tone for intended audience
- Consistency

Some clients will want a light touch while others will want a more interventionist approach. I can tailor my services according to what you need, so please let me know if you have specific requirements.

As a professional scriptwriter based in London, England, I can also help you refine your script, presentation or speech. My rates for this work depend on the nature of the job, so please get in touch and I can make you a customised offer.

Typically I work in MS Office. I can provide you with a copy with changes marked via the Track Changes tool, as well as a clean copy if you wish. If you prefer, I can mark corrections on a PDF document, but I am unable to edit PDFs or offer formatting services.
