# I will test one customer journey on your website on phone and desktop with a report

Ready in 2 days. Crom Services is a small Australian software studio that tests websites and fixes what breaks. In this small fixed-price check we walk one customer journey on your site, such as booking, sending an enquiry or checking out, on a phone-sized screen and on desktop, and send a clear pass or fail report with a screenshot of anything that broke.

What you get:
 – One customer journey agreed with you in plain words
 – The journey walked through on a phone-sized screen and on a desktop browser
 – A clear pass or fail result for each step
 – A screenshot of anything that failed
 – A short note on what to fix first
 – A private job-status page for this order, for questions, updates and handover

Want more than one journey?
 Our full website tests pack covers three to five journeys with automated tests you can re-run. This check is a small first taste of it.

What we need from you:
 – The link to your site and the journey you want tested
 – Test details if the journey needs them, such as a test card or test login. We never ask for your own passwords, and we don’t place real orders.

How it runs:
 – You order and tell us the journey
 – We confirm the steps before starting
 – We test on phone and desktop and send the report

Fully remote. No calls needed.

Our promise:
 Fixed price. If it doesn’t work as agreed, we fix it free within 7 days of handover. We won’t leave you with something broken that we built; for ongoing support there’s a monthly care plan.
 The clock starts once we have the access we need.

Not included:
 Fixing what fails (quoted separately), automated re-runnable tests (that is the full pack), more than one journey, and Safari or Firefox runs.
