Ready in 3 days. Connecting two systems, or setting up a support workflow, is easy to underestimate. A form that should land in your CRM, orders that should reach your spreadsheet, or enquiries that should go to the right person all depend on details that only show up once someone looks properly. Crom Services is a small Australian software studio that builds integrations and workflows. In this starter step we plan one flow before you pay for the build.

Pick one:
 – One API or webhook flow between two systems, such as form to CRM or shop to spreadsheet
 – One support or FAQ journey: your sources, the common questions, and where hard cases should go

What you get:
 – A check that the flow can be done on your own accounts and plans
 – A short written build plan in plain words: what moves where, when, and what happens if something fails
 – A list of anything that could block the work, such as missing permissions or plan limits
 – A fixed quote for the full build
 – A private job-status page for this order, for questions, updates and handover

Credited in full toward the pack:
 The whole US$150 is credited in full toward the full build if you go ahead.

What we need from you:
 – The two systems involved (or your support sources) and what should happen
 – A short look inside each, through a test account or shared view. We never ask for your own passwords.

How it runs:
 – You order and answer the requirements
 – We confirm the one flow in scope before starting
 – We check the systems and write the plan
 – You decide on the build, with the credit applied

Fully remote. No calls needed; everything happens in the order messages and on your job-status page.

Our promise:
 Fixed price. If it doesn’t work as agreed, we fix it free within 7 days of handover. We won’t leave you with something broken that we built; for ongoing support there’s a monthly care plan.
 The clock starts once we have the access we need.

Not included:
 Building the flow itself (that is the full pack), more than one flow or journey, and paid plan upgrades on your tools.
