### Common questions

**Will you break my live site?** We take a full backup first and test fixes before handing over.

**What if I have more than 3 problems?** Send the list; we fix the top 3 and quote the rest before starting.

**Do you need my own login?** No. Please add a separate admin user for us and remove it after handover.
