Crom Services works on a duplicate of your theme, fixes the problem, tests a full shop journey on phone and desktop, then publishes only after it checks out. You get a plain report of what changed.

### Common questions

**Will my store go offline?** No. We work on a duplicate theme and only publish once fixes pass testing.

**Can you fix checkout?** We fix what Shopify lets themes and apps change (cart, buttons, product pages). Shopify’s own checkout limits apply.

**How do we start?** Add us as a collaborator or staff account for the theme and apps in scope.
