# I Will clean up and format your messy spreadsheet

Is your spreadsheet a mess? I will clean it up and format it so it is easy to read, easy to search, and ready to use. I fix inconsistent dates and numbers, remove stray spaces, straighten out ragged columns, and give your file a clean, professional layout, whether it is a list of contacts, a budget, a product catalog, or a research dump.

Tolkien MicroTasks offers data entry, transcription, and captions. The work is AI-assisted and human-reviewed: AI tools speed up the repetitive parts, then every row is manually reviewed, formatted, and accuracy-checked before delivery. I only remove duplicates when I am confident they are true duplicates, and anything unclear is flagged for you rather than guessed.

Choose the package that fits your file: Basic cleans and formats up to 200 rows for $15 with delivery in 1 day, Standard handles up to 1,000 rows for $35 with delivery in 2 days, and Premium takes on up to 3,000 rows for $75 with delivery in 3 days. Every package includes consistent formatting, clean headers, and totals checked against your original data.

What cleanup includes: consistent date, currency, and number formats; clean, readable headers; sensible column widths and frozen header rows where helpful; filters added so you can sort and search; split or merged columns fixed; duplicate rows flagged or removed as agreed; and totals and subtotals checked so the numbers add up. You get your file back as an Excel workbook, a Google Sheet, or a CSV, whichever you prefer.

To start, send me your spreadsheet file, tell me the format you want back (Excel, Google Sheet, or CSV), and list any column names, categories, or terms with specific spellings. If you prefer no AI tools on your project, tell me and I will honor that, and your cleanup will be done fully by hand.

Every delivery is manually reviewed, formatted, and accuracy-checked before sending. If you are not sure which package fits your file, message me first and I will help you choose the right one. If your sheet also needs formulas or totals rebuilt, tell me when you order and I will include that in the cleanup.
