# I Will Proofread and Edit Your English or German Document

Your document deserves to read as well as it was intended. Whether it was drafted in English or German, translated by an AI tool, or simply needs a final professional polish before it reaches its audience, this service delivers a thorough, line-by-line proofreading and editing review that catches what automated tools miss.

Based in London, the Zinn Digital team brings together experienced writers and translators who work across a wide range of document types. Every project receives the same careful attention to detail, regardless of its size or subject matter.

\*\*What is covered in every tier:\*\*
Every package includes copy editing and proofreading — this means a full review of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and syntax, alongside improvements to sentence flow, readability, and overall clarity. The result is a clean, polished document that communicates your message with confidence.

\*\*Who is this service for?\*\*
This service is well suited to professionals, business owners, students, and creatives who need accurate, readable documents. Typical projects include:

— Business documents, app content, website copy, and email marketing
 — Articles, blog posts, and social media descriptions
 — CVs and cover letters
 — Academic work across business, medical, and legal subjects
 — Personal statements (business school focus since 2018)

\*\*How it works:\*\*
Once your order is placed, simply upload your document and include any relevant notes via the order chat. For documents under 5,000 words, you can place your order straight away. For larger projects such as book editing, it is recommended that you get in touch first so that a fair scope and price can be agreed.

\*\*Upgrade your package for deeper editing:\*\*
The Standard package adds AI detection and editing alongside formatting and structural improvements — ideal when your text has been generated or translated by an AI tool and needs a human hand to bring it up to a professional standard. The Premium package goes further still, adding a plagiarism check, fact-checking, and written editorial feedback, making it the right choice for academic submissions, publications, or any document where accuracy and originality are non-negotiable.

\*\*Why Zinn Digital?\*\*
London-based, experienced in both English and German, and committed to delivering the highest possible quality on every single project — this is professional editing you can trust.
