Each of those can be a fixed-price Zinn, a Micro Zinn from $5 to $20, a proposal on a posted Project, or a specialism on your Freelancer Directory profile.

Your first $500 in sales is commission-free — you keep 100%. After that the rate is tiered and falls as your lifetime sales grow: 20% up to $2,500, 15% up to $10,000, 13% up to $15,000, 10% up to $20,000, and 8% above $20,000. Two paid memberships replace the ladder with a flat rate: Pro Zinner at $25 a month is a flat 8%, and Agency Zinner at $50 a month is a flat 7%. The full breakdown is on our pricing page.

There are two payment modes and you choose which one you use. Connect your own Stripe or PayPal account and buyers pay you directly at checkout — there is no payout run to wait for. Alternatively, choose platform-protected payments: Zinn Hub holds the buyer payment until the order completes, and you are then paid from the platform payout run, which goes out every Friday. Everything is tracked in your Payouts dashboard.

No certifications are required. What matters is evidence: a writing sample, a public docs site you contributed to, or a redacted extract from work you have delivered. Every Zinner is verified with government-issued photo ID and evidence of their skills and past work, so buyers can see the check has been done. If you are starting fresh, publish two or three Micro Zinns first — they are the quickest way to build a review history.

Yes. Alongside one-time services you can sell subscriptions on daily, weekly, monthly or yearly billing, hourly-rate services, and video consultations. A monthly documentation retainer — release notes, changelog upkeep and help-centre maintenance — fits the subscription model well. You can also send a two-way custom offer to a buyer, or receive a request from one, for anything that does not fit a standard package.

Buyers can pay with cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, or 200+ cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT. You do not need a crypto wallet for a buyer to pay in crypto. Buyers pay no platform fee — the price you see is the price you pay. All prices on Zinn Hub are set and charged in USD, and buyers can view an approximate equivalent in 59 display currencies.

Refunds are credited to the buyer’s Zinn Wallet in full, in USD. There is no refund-to-card flow. If you take platform-protected payments, the buyer’s payment is held by Zinn Hub until the order completes, which is what makes a dispute straightforward to resolve. Requirements, revisions and messages all live on the order itself, so the record of what was agreed is in one place.

Your listing text is translated for those languages automatically.
