Notification to the agent when a lead is ready for a viewing. Technical requirements for Phase 1: Tools: n8n or Make (you choose the most suitable). OpenAI/Claude APIs for AI. WhatsApp Business API. Google Calendar API. Bilingual: The system must operate natively in Spanish and English. Documentation: Each flow must be documented for maintainability. LONG-TERM VISION (Phases 2 and 3) Once Phase 1 is validated, we will scale to the complete system: Phase 2: Property management (listings), synchronisation with portals, AI-generated descriptions, advanced CRM. Phase 3: Transaction coordination (contracts, digital signature, key dates), automated marketing, after-sales and loyalty, analytics. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT FOR APPLICATION If you do not meet this, your proposal will be automatically discarded: You must submit a minimum of 3 (three) examples of previous work demonstrating experience in building complex automations. Generic screenshots or promises are not sufficient. I need to see: Links to real flows you have built (n8n, Make, Zapier). Brief description of each project: what problem it solved, what tools you used, how long it took. If possible, client contact for verification (optional but valued).
