Joy Chiagozie Edem is a remote operations assistant who helps businesses, entrepreneurs, and organizations stay organized and productive through reliable admin support, research, and digital solutions. I bring my experience in virtual assistance, project administration, research, data management, and digital operations, and as a founder and operations manager of a cosmetics company, I have seen firsthand what growing businesses need: not just clear processes, but dependable follow-through and tools that save time, so that perspective shapes how I support every client.
I am particularly interested in workflow automation, using Zapier, Airtable, HubSpot, Tally, Kobo Toolbox, and Google Workspace to simplify repetitive tasks, connect systems, and build processes that keep work moving without constant manual effort. Whether you need an inbox tamed, a CRM cleaned up, or a repeatable workflow built from scratch, I'm ready to help.
I am detail-oriented, adaptable, and quick to learn new tools. I'm open to remote roles, international collaborations, freelance projects, and long-term engagements.

What I do:
1. Remote administrative and executive support
2. Project coordination and management support
3. Workflow automation and digital operations
4. Online research and data management
5. Documentation and report preparation
6. AI data annotation and language training
7. Igbo transcription, translation, proofreading, and linguistic support

As an Igbo specialist, I support translation, transcription, proofreading, and linguistic data projects, helping brands, researchers, and AI teams communicate accurately with Igbo-speaking audiences. My background in AI data annotation and language evaluation means that I understand both the cultural nuances of the language and the quality standards data projects demand.
I work across time zones, keep clients updated with concise reports, and document processes so nothing depends on one person's memory. I am detail-oriented, adaptable, and organized, and I genuinely enjoy learning new technologies and finding practical ways to make work easier. My goal is to help individuals, businesses, and organizations work smarter and achieve better results.

Estou aberto a oportunidades remotas, colaborações internacionais, projetos freelance e contratos de longo prazo. Se precisar de suporte com qualquer um dos itens listados acima, envie-me uma mensagem e vamos conversar.
