I am an automation engineer who builds end-to-end workflows with n8n and Make. My focus is on systems that connect the tools a business already uses, so that data moves without manual copying and no enquiry is lost between steps.

I have built and published six complete automation projects, each with an importable workflow file, runnable code and a recorded log of real executions. Three of them work directly with real estate workflows. The first captures leads arriving from several sources, such as a website form and a portal notification, and merges duplicates so the same prospect never creates two records or loses its assigned agent. The second handles support requests in Spanish and English, classifies each message by topic and urgency, and keeps follow-up messages on a single ticket instead of opening a new one. The third manages property viewing bookings: it checks availability, refuses a slot that would overlap an existing booking, and treats a repeated request as the same booking rather than a second one.

The other three projects cover software release monitoring, weather decision briefs for outdoor events, and cross-currency budget tracking. They exist to show that I can work with external APIs, scheduled triggers and persistent storage, not only with form submissions.

My working method is straightforward. I start by mapping the journey of a single record from the moment it arrives to the moment someone acts on it. Then I identify every step a person currently performs by hand, and I decide which of those steps a workflow should own and which should stay with a human. I build the workflow in small stages, test each one with realistic data, and record the result so progress is visible rather than claimed. Documentation is part of the delivery: each flow is described in plain language, so a colleague can understand it without reading the nodes.

I work with n8n, Make, the OpenAI and Claude APIs for structured extraction, Google Calendar, WhatsApp Business messaging, and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Follow Up Boss and Inmovilla. I am comfortable in both Spanish and English, which matters when a single workflow has to serve clients in more than one language.
