--- title: "Short-Form Video Marketplace" url: https://zinnhub.com/marketplaces/short-form-video-marketplace/ description: "Hire verified short-form video editors for Reels, TikTok and Shorts: vertical edits, hook writing, captions, UGC-style ads and long-form repurposing." published: 2026-08-13T19:27:18+00:00 modified: 2026-08-13T19:49:15+00:00 language: en-GB --- # Short-Form Video Marketplace 📱 THE SHORT-FORM VIDEO MARKETPLACE # Buy Short-Form Video from Verified Editors and Creators The marketplace where brands, founders and creators hire specialist short-form Zinners for Reels, TikTok and Shorts. Vertical edits, hook writing, captions and subtitles, UGC-style ads, batch repurposing from long-form, and full monthly content packages — briefed clearly and paid for in USD. Vertical-First Editors Batch Repurposing Buyer Protection 4.9 Average Rating [Browse Services](https://zinnhub.com/search/short+form+video/?post_type=product) ## Short-Form Video Services Available ### Vertical Editing for Reels, TikTok and Shorts Native 9:16 edits with safe-zone-aware framing, punchy pacing, sound-led cuts and platform-appropriate exports — not a landscape video cropped and hoped for. ### Hook Writing and Scripting The first two seconds written deliberately: a stated problem, a claim, a visual pattern break. Plus the beat structure that gets a viewer to the end and the loop that gets a second watch. ### Captions, Subtitles and Text Animation Burned-in captions styled to your brand, accurate timing, safe-zone placement above the interface, and animated on-screen text for silent autoplay viewing. ### UGC-Style Ad Creative Creator-style vertical ads shot to a brief: hook variants, spoken scripts, product demonstration and multiple cutdowns from the same footage for testing. ### Repurposing Long-Form Into Clips A podcast, webinar or long upload turned into a batch of standalone vertical clips, each with its own hook, caption set and thumbnail frame. ### Monthly Content Packages An agreed number of finished verticals per month with a consistent template, a shared asset library, a review round and a delivery date fixed in the brief. ## Types of Short-Form Video Work You Can Buy **Reels Editing** Instagram vertical edits **TikTok Editing** Native pacing and sound **YouTube Shorts** Sub-60-second cuts **Hook Writing** First two seconds **Captions** Burned-in and styled **Subtitles** Timed and translated **UGC Ads** Creator-style ad creative **Podcast Clipping** Long-form to verticals **Text Animation** Kinetic on-screen text **Sound Design** Music and effect passes **Batch Packages** Monthly output **Ad Cutdowns** Variants for testing ## Why Buy Short-Form Video on Zinn Hub? **Vertical-Native Editors** — Zinners are verified with government-issued photo ID and evidence of their skills and past work, and you can ask any of them for vertical work they have cut, not landscape reels. **See a Test Cut First** — Ask for one clip from your own footage before you buy a batch. Thirty seconds of their edit on your material tells you more than any showreel. **Buy Volume Sensibly** — Short-form only works at frequency, so agree a monthly count, a template and a review round rather than ordering clip by clip. **Talk Before You Buy** — Message a Zinner first to agree aspect ratios, caption style, export specification, how many hook variants you get and how many revisions are included. **Buyer Protection** — Choose a Platform Protected Zinner and your payment is held by Zinn Hub until the order completes. If the delivery does not match the brief, dispute resolution steps in and any refund is credited to your Zinn Wallet in full, in USD. **No Platform Fee for Buyers** — You buy direct from the editor or creator. Buyers pay no platform fee — the price you see is the price you pay. **Reviews Require a Confirmed Purchase** — Reviews on Zinn Hub require a confirmed purchase, and the platform average is 4.9 from 38,000+ verified-purchase reviews. **Test With a Micro Zinn** — Trial a Zinner with a fixed-price Micro Zinn at $5, $10, $15 or $20 — a single clip is a cheap way to judge pacing and caption taste. **Short-Form Is a Volume Game That Punishes Bad Openings** Vertical feeds are unforgiving in a specific way: almost everyone who sees your video decides within about two seconds whether to keep watching, and the platforms use that decision to determine whether anyone else sees it at all. That is why a beautifully graded thirty-second brand film can flop while a plain talking-head clip with a sharp first line travels. Buying short-form as defined deliverables — hooks, edits, captions, cutdowns — lets you fix the opening without rebuilding the whole pipeline. Pair it with the [YouTube marketing marketplace](https://zinnhub.com/marketplaces/youtube-marketing-marketplace/) for long-form, the [UGC creator marketplace](https://zinnhub.com/marketplaces/ugc-creator-marketplace/) for creator-shot ad footage, or the [video editing marketplace](https://zinnhub.com/video-editing-marketplace/) for horizontal work. The short answer ## What is short-form video and what should you outsource? **Short-form video is vertical, sound-on content built for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, usually under a minute and designed to hold attention from the first frame.** The parts worth outsourcing are hook writing, the vertical edit itself, captions and subtitles, UGC-style ad creative, and batch repurposing of long-form into clips. On Zinn Hub each is sold as its own Zinn. Prices are set by each Zinner and shown in USD. - Micro Zinns $5–$20 - Buyers pay no platform fee - ID- and skill-verified Zinners [Browse Short-Form Video Zinns →](https://zinnhub.com/zinns-category/video-and-animation/short-form-video-creation/) ## 🔥 Featured Short-Form Video Services Browse short-form video [Zinns](https://zinnhub.com/zinns/) and the [Zinners](https://zinnhub.com/zinners/) who offer them. Short-form rewards a strong opening and consistent output. Buy for the hook first and the volume second. ### 4.9 From 38,000+ verified-purchase reviews ### 45 Site Languages ### 100+ Payment Methods for Buyers ### 0% Platform Fee for Buyers ⏩ ### The First Two Seconds Are the Product Ask any editor how they build a hook and how many variants you get. A strong opening is a decision about the first frame, the first spoken line and the first caption — not a title card. Ordering three hook variants of one clip is often the cheapest test you can run. 🔐 ### Vertical Native, Not Cropped A landscape edit reframed to 9:16 loses composition and puts text under the interface. Ask for safe-zone-aware framing, correct export specifications per platform, and captions positioned so the platform UI never covers them. 🔁 ### Repurposing Multiplies What You Already Have One long upload, webinar or podcast usually contains several standalone clips. A repurposing Zinner will find them, give each its own hook and captions, and hand back a batch — far cheaper per asset than filming again. 🔒 ### Buyer Protection Choose a Platform Protected Zinner and Zinn Hub holds your payment until the order completes. If the delivery does not match the brief, dispute resolution steps in and any refund is credited to your Zinn Wallet in full, in USD. 🎵 ### Ask About Music and Footage Rights Trending audio behaves differently on an organic post and a paid ad, and stock footage licences vary. Ask every Zinner what they are using and whether the licence covers advertising. Write down which one this batch is for. Our [guide to writing a project brief](https://zinnhub.com/buyer-guides/how-to-write-a-project-brief/) covers the structure that gets accurate proposals back. 2 ### Gather Your Raw Material First Editors work faster and cheaper from organised source files. Hand over footage, brand fonts and colours, logo files, any music licences you hold, and a folder of three examples whose style you want. Browse [short-form Zinns](https://zinnhub.com/zinns-category/video-and-animation/short-form-video-creation/) or use [Zinn Finder](https://zinnhub.com/zinn-finder/) to describe the outcome. 3 ### Order One Test Clip From Your Own Footage A showreel proves they can cut something. One clip from your material proves they can cut yours. Ask for three hook variants on that single clip. Our [freelancer vetting guide](https://zinnhub.com/buyer-guides/how-to-vet-a-freelancer/) has the questions worth asking. 4 ### Fix the Template, the Count and the Files Agree the caption style, the aspect ratios and exports, how many finished clips per month, how many revision rounds, who owns the project files, and the delivery date — in the brief, before you order. 5 ### Test Hooks, Then Scale the Winner Publish variants of the same clip with different openings and keep the one that holds attention. Then buy the batch. Start with a fixed-price [Micro Zinn](https://zinnhub.com/micro-zinns/category/short-form-video/) before committing to a monthly package. Vertical, sound-on video made for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, typically well under a minute and framed 9:16. It is a format with its own conventions rather than simply a shorter video: the opening carries most of the weight, captions are expected because a large share of viewing starts muted, and pacing is far tighter than in horizontal work. Prices are quoted in USD and set by each Zinner, so they vary with footage length, turnaround and how much is being created versus assembled. A single edited clip from supplied footage is commonly a small fixed-price order, with Micro Zinns available at $5, $10, $15 or $20. Monthly batches are usually quoted per finished clip with a minimum volume. Buyers pay no platform fee. Yes, and it is usually the best value in this category. A podcast episode, webinar or long upload normally contains several self-contained moments. A repurposing Zinner identifies them, writes a hook for each so the clip works without context, adds captions, and delivers a batch. Ask how many clips they expect from your source length before you order. In practice yes. A large share of vertical viewing begins with the sound off, and captions also improve comprehension for viewers who keep it on. Ask for burned-in captions styled to your brand and positioned inside the safe zone, so the platform interface never sits on top of the text. A short-form editor works with footage you supply. A UGC creator films it themselves, usually appearing on camera in a creator-style format, and delivers ad-ready variants. The two are often bought together: the creator shoots, the editor cuts multiple versions for testing. If you need the filming side, the UGC creator marketplace covers it. Agree it in writing before you order, because practice varies. Most buyers want full rights to the finished exports as standard, and many also want the editable project files so a future editor can pick the work up. Ask explicitly, and ask separately about any stock footage or music, whose licence may sit with the Zinner rather than transferring to you. Often not. Music that is cleared for organic posting through a platform’s own library is frequently not cleared for advertising, and the rules differ by platform and territory. Ask your Zinner what they are proposing and what licence covers it, and budget for licensed or bespoke audio if the clip is destined for paid. Rights clearance for what you publish stays with you. Talk to the Zinner first, since most issues are a misread brief and are fixed in a revision round. If it cannot be resolved, choose a Platform Protected Zinner and your payment is held by Zinn Hub until the order completes, dispute resolution can step in, and any refund is credited to your Zinn Wallet in full, in USD. There are no refunds to card on Zinn Hub. Still have questions? Find the right specialist with Zinn Finder. The reason is a mismatch of expectations: most buyers commission it like a brand film, judging polish, when the format is judged on whether somebody keeps watching past the second second. Getting the purchase right means buying the opening, the volume and the captions as deliberately as you buy the edit. ### Decide What the Clip Is For Three jobs get lumped together under short-form and they are not interchangeable. Awareness clips are made to be watched by people who have never heard of you, so they open on a problem or a pattern break and rarely mention the product early. Demonstration clips are for people already curious, and can lead with the thing itself. Paid ad creative is a different discipline again: it needs multiple hook variants, cutdowns at different lengths, and rights clearance on every asset. Write down which one you are buying and put it at the top of the brief. ### The Hook Is the Deliverable When editors talk about a hook they mean a combination: the first frame, the first spoken words, the first caption, and often a visual movement that interrupts a scroll. It is worth commissioning as its own item. A useful order is one clip with three different openings, published or tested against each other, because it isolates the single variable that decides distribution. Ask any editor to explain the reasoning behind their hooks — if the answer is a stylistic one rather than an attention one, keep looking. ### Vertical Framing and Safe Zones Every vertical platform overlays its own interface on your video: captions, handles, buttons and progress bars occupy the edges. Content framed without allowing for that ends up with faces cropped and text hidden. Ask for safe-zone-aware framing as an explicit requirement, and for exports at each platform’s specification rather than one file uploaded everywhere. It is a small ask that separates editors who work in this format from those who do not. ### Captions, Accessibility and Silent Viewing Burned-in captions are close to mandatory. They serve viewers watching muted, viewers in noisy places and viewers who are deaf or hard of hearing, and they measurably help comprehension for everyone else. Good caption work is timed to the speech rather than to a fixed rhythm, styled consistently with your brand, and never placed where the interface will cover it. If you publish in more than one language, ask about translated subtitle tracks — and remember Zinn Hub is available in 45 languages, so briefing a Zinner in your own is easy. ### Repurposing: the Best Value in the Category Most organisations sitting on a podcast, a webinar library or a YouTube back catalogue already own the raw material for months of vertical output. Repurposing turns that into standalone clips, each of which needs its own hook because the viewer has no context. Agree with the Zinner how many clips they expect from a given source length, what the review process is, and whether they are also writing the accompanying caption text for the post itself. If your long-form pipeline is the weaker end, the [YouTube marketing marketplace](https://zinnhub.com/marketplaces/youtube-marketing-marketplace/) and the [podcast editing marketplace](https://zinnhub.com/podcast-editing-marketplace/) cover that work. ### Volume, Templates and Working Monthly Short-form does not reward one excellent clip; it rewards a consistent stream of decent ones with a recognisable look. That is an argument for a template — caption style, colour, transitions, end card — agreed once and reused. Buy monthly against a fixed count and a fixed template, keep a shared asset folder, and hold one review round rather than commenting clip by clip. It is cheaper for you and faster for the editor. ### Rights, Music and What Transfers to You Three things need settling in writing before the first order: who owns the finished exports, whether the editable project files transfer, and what licence covers the music and stock footage. Platform audio libraries are typically cleared for organic posting only. Stock licences vary between personal, commercial and broadcast use. None of this is difficult, but it is expensive to discover after a campaign has run. ### Buying It Safely on Zinn Hub Start with one test clip from your own footage, ask for three hook variants, then buy volume once you have seen the work. Test a Zinner with a fixed-price [$15 Micro Zinn](https://zinnhub.com/micro-zinns/price/15/) first, agree the template, file ownership and revision rounds in writing, and keep the conversation on the platform. Zinners are verified with government-issued photo ID and evidence of their skills and past work, reviews require a confirmed purchase, and choosing a Platform Protected Zinner means your payment is held by Zinn Hub until the order completes, with any refund credited to your Zinn Wallet in USD. For animated formats, the [motion graphics marketplace](https://zinnhub.com/marketplaces/motion-graphics-marketplace/) and the [explainer video marketplace](https://zinnhub.com/marketplaces/explainer-video-marketplace/) sit alongside this one. First-time buyers get their first order free, with the full amount returned on completion. Ready to build a short-form pipeline that keeps publishing?
