Your Zinn (service listing) is your shop window. This guide walks you through the Zinn creation wizard — a guided, step-by-step tool that builds a professional listing with everything a buyer needs to order with confidence. Write your listing once, in whatever language you're most comfortable in, and buyers everywhere see it in theirs automatically.

Opening the wizard
There are a few ways in:
- From your dashboard sidebar — open your Zinner Dashboard and choose the Zinn creation wizard, or go directly to zinnhub.com/dashboard/zinner/create-zinn/.
- From your Zinns list — open Zinns in your dashboard (/dashboard/zinner/zinns/) to see your published Zinns and drafts. Use Add New Zinn to start fresh, or Edit in Wizard next to any Zinn to open it with your existing content pre-loaded.
- From a published Zinn page — when viewing one of your own live Zinns, use the Edit in Wizard button above the listing.
The number of Zinns you can have depends on your membership plan; your current limits show at the top of your dashboard.
The 11 steps
The wizard guides you through 11 focused steps. Navigate with the Next/Back buttons or the step dots at the top — when creating a new Zinn, steps unlock as you complete them; when editing, all steps are open.
- Basics & Category — your title (what buyers see first — be specific: “I will build 500 high-DA dofollow backlinks” beats “SEO services”), up to 3 categories, relevant skills/tags, the service type (one-time or subscription), and an AI-usage declaration (whether you use AI tools in delivering the service, for transparency).
- Description — a punchy short description for search results, and a full description in the rich-text editor: what's included, your process, what makes you different, and what the buyer receives.
- Packages & Add-ons — create up to 3 packages (e.g. Basic, Standard, Premium) with their own prices, delivery times, revision counts and feature lists, plus optional add-ons (express delivery, extra revisions, source files). For subscription services, set the billing period and an optional Subscribe & Save discount.
- Comparison Table — if you have two or more packages, the wizard can auto-generate a clean comparison table for your listing. You can customise it or build one from scratch. (Skipped automatically if you have a single package.)
- Images & Media — your featured image (required — the main image across the site) and a gallery showing your work, process or deliverables. (You can create listing images with Zinn Images — see “Zinn Images.”)
- Portfolio & Samples — add portfolio items (title, description, images, YouTube/Vimeo videos, external links) and samples linking to real work (live sites, documents, repos). Real examples convert far better than text alone.
- Service Details — the attributes that power the marketplace filters: availability, country, languages accepted, NDA available, project sizes, response time and years of experience. Fill these in accurately so the right buyers find you.
- Delivery & Requirements — your buyer requirements (the questions buyers answer when ordering — text fields, file uploads, dropdowns and more; mark the essential ones Required and add a short description), your deliverables (formats and method), and a post-purchase note. You can save requirements as a template to reuse.
- Custom Info Sections — free-form label/value pairs grouped into sets, useful for specifications, tools used, or any structured detail that doesn't fit elsewhere. Templates supported.
- FAQs — add frequently asked questions (a minimum of 3). Good FAQs address common concerns — pricing, timelines, revisions, what's included — and reduce pre-purchase messages.
- Final Touches & Publish — check the readiness checklist, optionally import reviews from another platform to build credibility, preview your Zinn as a buyer would see it, run the AI Quality Check (below), and publish.
The AI Quality Check
Before publishing, you run a quality check that reviews your whole listing across eight areas — title quality, description quality, title–description relevance, skills/tags relevance, category fit, value clarity, completeness and service focus. Your Zinn needs an overall score of 8 out of 10 or higher to pass, with key areas (title, description, value clarity, category fit) each scoring 8 or above.
The standards are high on purpose: low-quality listings don't sell, and the check exists to help you, not block you. It gives specific, actionable feedback — spelling and grammar fixes, category and tag recommendations, pricing intelligence versus similar services, missing buying signals, and title suggestions — like an expert marketplace consultant reviewing your listing before it goes live. If you don't pass first time, read the feedback, make the changes, and re-run it; most sellers pass on the second or third attempt. If you edit a published Zinn after passing, you'll re-run the check before publishing so the live version always matches what was reviewed.
Drafts, auto-save and editing
The wizard is built so you never lose work. It auto-saves as you go (and when you switch browser tabs), warns you before you close with unsaved changes, and saves each step independently — so you can close your browser and come back days later exactly where you left off. New Zinns are saved as drafts automatically; find them under Your Drafts on the wizard landing page, and you can have several in progress at once. Drafts are removed after 30 days of inactivity, so open a long-term draft occasionally to reset the timer. You can edit any published Zinn at any time — it opens in the wizard with all your content pre-loaded.
When you publish, your Zinn is reviewed for accuracy, professionalism and policy compliance; once approved, it goes live and you're ready to receive orders.
Tips for a listing that sells
- Be specific in your title — describe exactly what you deliver, not a vague category.
- Write for buyers, not search engines — explain your process, what makes you different, and why they should trust you.
- Use all three package slots if you can — buyers love options.
- Show real portfolio work with images or video — proof converts better than promises.
- Fill in every service detail — these power the filters that surface you.
- Set clear requirements so you get exactly what you need to start work.
- Run the AI check early and often — use it as a guide, not just a final gate.
Other ways to create a Zinn
- AI Zinn Creator — draft a full Zinn from scratch with AI help (it also has an “Improve a Zinn” tool that gives advice in your own language). Drafts still go through review.
- Self Import (Import My Services) — already selling elsewhere? Paste a listing or your whole profile at zinnhub.com/dashboard/zinner/import/ and it's rebuilt as ready-to-review Zinns. See “How to use Import My Services.”
