--- title: "Zinn Hub Team" url: https://zinnhub.com/about-team/ description: "Meet the team behind Zinn Hub. We're building a trusted marketplace connecting buyers with skilled freelancers offering quality digital services worldwide." published: 2024-06-12T08:46:01+00:00 modified: 2026-08-10T15:46:47+00:00 language: en-GB --- # Zinn Hub Team The Team # Two founders. *One dog.* Zero middlemen. Zinn Hub is run by two people and a very serious floor-cleaning assistant. That's on purpose. A small team means **lower fees, faster decisions, and a founder you can actually reach** — not a support queue and a mission statement. *Neil Lock London · 2025* Founder 01 ## NeilLock CEO & Co-Founder Neil has been building on the web since before "digital" was a sector. 25+ years across SEO, link building, web development, hosting, and automation — including over £50M in campaigns managed and work with thousands of freelancers along the way. At Zinn Hub he leads product, engineering, SEO strategy and — uniquely for a CEO — answers the Concierge line personally. If you've had a project scoped for free on the platform, Neil did that. 25+ years in digital SEO & link building £50M+ campaigns Platform architect Runs Concierge > I've been the buyer, the seller, and the one paying the agency bills. I know exactly where marketplaces break — and I'm not shipping a version of that. She leads content, social media, community management, visual branding, and day-to-day operations across the platform — keeping the wheels turning while Neil is head-down on the build. If you've read a Zinn Hub post on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest or Facebook, Natalie wrote it. If the community feels alive, that's her too. Content & social Community management Visual branding Operations Competitions & events > A marketplace isn't really a marketplace without a community around it. That's the bit I love building — the people, the posts, the prizes, the reasons to stick around. Here's what that looks like day-to-day. #### Fast decisions No committees. Good ideas ship the same week. #### Direct access Message us on Telegram. We'll reply. Promise. #### Low overhead Small team = low costs = lower fees for Zinners. #### Built with you Features shaped in the Telegram community before they ship. 🐾 Office Mascot ### Honey*.* Chief Floor Cleaner & Morale Officer Every company has someone who holds the place together, and in our office it's Honey. When she's not conducting thorough floor inspections for dropped snacks, she's enforcing the belly-rub quota and reminding everyone that no deadline is more important than a good walk. Employee of the month, every month. Unbeaten record, unlikely to be challenged. ### Follow Zinn Hub on *LinkedIn* Platform updates, freelance insights, marketplace news — and the occasional look behind the scenes at a two-person operation.
